Policy on Registering
your Old World Collectible.

Here is an example of our Old World Santa Certificate of Ownership and Authenticity. They are printed on high quality "sprinkle" paper which represents the festive nature of our collectibles. You can see some of the sprinkles shining through if you look at the upper right part of our logo.

It is IMPERATIVE that we receive the following information:

1. The owner's name that should appear on the certificate

2. Your address

3. The serial number of your collectible, usually found written on the back

4. Name of collectible (Example: Sam Claus)

5. $2 per certificate requested if collectible was made between 1988 - 1997

If there is no serial number on the back of your collectible please tell us that you have looked and looked and cannot find a number. In which case, we will assign you a new one. If you are registering a 1997 collectible or older (1988 - 1997), please send $2 per certificate request to cover the costs. Anything issued 1998 to present is free.

We currently print certificates once a year, in April. Also, many of the older certificates do NOT have a picture of the collectible. As we obtain pictures of these pieces, we will start to print them on their respective certificates.
